Retro T Shirt Has Brought Me Luck

I bought a retro t shirt ages ago and as it was a bit too tight fitting when I got home and tried it on I was put off wearing it out as planned. I could have taken it back and exchanged it but that was too much time and effort so I instead stuck it in my football bag as it would be good to wear under my jersey when it gets a bit cold. This turned out to be a bit of a lucky charm as the first ten games that I wore the t shirt underneath I managed to get on the score sheet. As the games have come and gone I have thought that my luck is going to have to run out sooner or later but so far so good. We have some big games coming towards the end of the season and I sure hope that the luck can stretch just that little bit further so that we can get to and win the cup final and also gain promotion out of our division.

Cashmere Coats and Christmas Walks

Every year on Boxing Day, members of my extended family gather at my sister’s house for an annual get-together. In the afternoon, we don our cashmere coats and go for a lovely long walk in the surrounding countryside. She lives in the Peak District of Derbyshire, so she is surrounded by a stunning landscape.

When we return to the house, we have mulled wine and turkey sandwiches, before opening presents in front of a roaring fire. Over the years, this has become a family tradition, and last year there were than forty of us there, ranging from babies in arms to my octogenarian parents.

My favourite part of the day is always the walk. The fresh air really helps to clear the head, and I like to take my digital camera with me, because I always love taking pictures of the views, especially of the large lake and the surrounding hills that are located close to her home.

She says that she gets her inspiration from things that she surrounds herself with, and got the idea of creating fragrances from her father who use to give her perfume as gift when he came home from traveling. All her perfume is reasonably price, ranging from $16 to $65. Kim prefers to wear Tom Ford Designer Sunglasses, when she is out and about.
